2-Way Radio Information for SERT ERT Members

2-way radio check-in tests are conducted monthly
(Odd Months (Jan, March, May, July, Sept, Nov. 3rd Monday @ 6PM)
(Even Months (Feb, Apr, June, Aug, Oct, Dec. 1st Thursday @ 6PM)
the Command Staff, ERT Leaders and the Radio Specialist will be assigned, by the
Communications Officer, to serve as Radio Control for the test.
The file below will be used by Radio Control to record attendance. If a member will NOT be available for the check-in, they must advise the Incident Commander or the Operations Section Chief by responding NA (Not Available) prior to the start. The Radio Check-In form below is a MS Excel file that can be printed for your convenience.
