2-Way Radio Information for SERT ERT Members

2-way radio check-in tests are conducted 2-times per month
(1st Thursday and the 3rd Monday @ 6PM)
Command Staff, ERT Leaders and Radio Specialists will be assigned, by the
Communications Officer, to serve as Radio Control for the test.
 
The file below will be used by Radio Control to record attendance.  If a member will NOT be available for the check-in, they must advise the Incident Commander or the Operations Section Chief at least 4-hours before the radio check is to begin.  The Radio Check-In form below is a PDF file that can be printed for your convenience.
